Collaboration Art Experience: The Process

Phil Hansen’s collaboration art experience will give your event or conference the WOW factor it needs. The experience can serve to enhance your event by providing attendees with an unforgettable experience that highlights the importance of a team’s collaborative efforts. Here are some things you can expect after booking the art experience:

The Keynote

The collaboration art experience fits in perfectly with Phil's keynote. Both the keynote and the art experience can take place in one hour. Afterward, Phil will leave to assemble the art. Assembly time varies depending on the number of participants.

The Art

The attendees take part in the collaboration art experience. They work together create their individual pieces of art, which will be used to create a larger image. Much like business, it gets attendees to understand that every role is important to create the big picture of an organization. Below is the step-by-step process for the art experience.

The WOW factor:

One of the reasons that the collaboration art experience has such amazing feedback is because it is so unique and no one can imagine what they'll end up creating.

Step 1: Creation

Phil leads the group through an exercise in which each attendee creates their own art. Each individual’s piece will eventually come together to create one cohesive image. After the exercise is complete, each participant’s art piece is collected by Phil.

Step 2: Assembly

*May take 2-10 hours depending on audience size.

Phil departs and assembles the art, putting together each attendee’s individual art piece. In addition, Phil creates a video that documents his experience assembling the art.

Step 3: The Reveal

After assembling the final piece, Phil returns to the conference for the final reveal. He plays his creation video for the audienceĀ  and reveals the finished product.

The artwork reveal will take about 10 minutes in total. Most clients choose to frame their art and hang it in a prominent location.
